Absolutely, which is why I became curious, when writing this, about what it should be rated, and what kind of warnings I should put on it. I assumed that horror or gory stories could still be NC-17, without sex, but it was only when I started poking around and finding only G-rated GenFic that I started to think maybe I'd gotten it wrong. :)
