I'm curious, though, as to the reason Johnson dropped out. Did you have a reason thought up?

I think that he was worried he might end up losing to a woman - maybe he had something in his past that would reflect poorly on him and it started to seem more likely to come out, and he decided to drop out before he went into the history books as the guy who lost the nomination to the first female presidential candidate.
