Thanks ever so! I'm slightly biased towards the Ravenclaws (nerds FTW!) and, of course, the HP world has so many possibilities especially playing around with other societies/communities. Cho's especially interesting because a) my bestie has this fantastic backstory for Chinese magic that would be ridoculously good if she ever wrote fic about it, b) it's completely unexplored in canon, and c) Asia has a so many of its own magic/myths to play with a la Avatar: the Last Airbender.
