I love this. I love the emotion behind it. I really liked Tsunade's relationship with the girls. She's strong and sometimes seems a bit emotionally removed from the situation, but you feel the genuine affection there with her girls, and you expressed that part perfectly, IMO.

It's impossible to deny that there was something between Jiraiya and Tsunade, and I think you stayed true to the canon attitude. BUT, I think above all she just misses her friend and the rapport they had- and I think you nailed that.
