Ah, I hate stories like that myself. The MarySue!Pregnancy... *shudders*

It does seem that this would be an ideal place/challenge to garner some real stories about the experience as there are some very reputable writers on the list who I can't imagine doing anything less. And the same MarySue rule would apply to it, at that point, I think.

I will admit that I hadn't planned on writing a pregnancy fic due to the character I'm writing. This is largely my background in feminist discourses from my graduate studies twitching.
