That sounds confusing, so let me simplify: The fandom is Star Trek: Voyager. If you are a closet Trek fan, you probably know what a Holodeck is (I really hope you do). The AR I'd like to write takes place on the Holodeck during a two-part episode. The Voyager characters actually *believe* that they are their Holodeck chatacters, so it's canon, but... alternate reality. I'd like to write a story based on one of these characters, but I'm not sure it's allowed...
