Oh, this is fun. It really echoes the feel of the books. Your younger Morwen is convincingly a less experienced and more insecure Morwen, and in Thelistra you've invented a princess who has several of the comic characteristics of the ones Cimorene meets, and limited practical experience, without being a total airhead--less unconventional than Cimorene but still able to think outside the box. I like Kazul's role in all this, too, especially the bit where she hints at how to accomplish the contractually necessary defeat, and am looking forward to finding out why she went after Andovan afterward.
