Starfire and Troia from DC comics. Starfire manages to be an interesting character despite being an alien warrior princess with an angst-ridden past who wears very few clothes. Troia is the former Wonder Girl, and remains consistently sensible, brave, and likable despite the fact that her backstory's been rewritten so many times it's not clear whether even she remembers what her origin is at this point.
