I like to have things done at a certain time. Sometimes that isn't possible for people. I get that. I try to be a reasonable mod.
For your multi-chapter fic, put one chapter in each post. LJ is not reasonable about long stories; the odds are that you'd have to do that anyway. (And we've had multi-chapter fics before--there was a six-parter this year about Susan Pevensie and a four-part story about Pansy Parkinson the year before that.)
